Our gold plated jewelry is made with care and precision while it also offers the same beauty as gold although the difference between them is the metal base that we use. We use bronze as our metal base and at the surface, we coat it with our fine gold that shines just as much and is protected by another coat that makes it last longer.
This gold plated jewelry is durable and will last years as long as it is taken care of to keep it at its best. Here is a list of ways you can take care of your jewelry to help it last.
• Try to keep away from water or products that may contain chemicals that can damage or oxidize the jewelry. (perfumes, lotions, dyes, hair products and detergents)
• Dry immediately if it comes into contact with water. By doing so you are preventing the humidity to oxidize the piece of jewelry.
• We recommend you not to bathe or sleep while wearing the jewelry.
• Do not clean with any soaps or chemicals. A dry rag will do the job.
• Our gold plated jewelry has a coat that keeps it from wearing out and makes it last longer. Some people have a higher “pH” (acidity of the skin) than others therefore the jewelry may wear out quicker or stain the skin. The jewelry may or may not stain the skin.
• If it is possible, clean the jewelry after each use.
• Store them in a dry place preferably by its own so it won’t scratch with others.
